About Rose Jardim, CPA
Rose Jardim is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of experience, including public accounting and corporate tax with PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.
Rose earned her Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) in Accounting Science from the University of Pretoria, South Africa and her Chartered Accountant from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Rose is a CPA and an associated member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Rose has gained extensive accounting -financial reporting & analysis, audit and tax experience through her senior accountant and management roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Focused on services for small to medium sized businesses, Rose has expertise in providing comprehensive accounting and tax services including corporate, partnership, and nonprofit income tax returns, compilations, and payroll tax reports. Her clients operate in a variety of sectors including construction, IT design, healthcare and real estate.

About Christie Marotta, CPA
Christie Marotta is a Certified Public Accountant, she has more than 10 years of experience in providing accounting and tax services to closely held businesses.
Christie is dedicated to helping clients achieve business success by helping them establish practical and sound financial processes. Focused on small to medium sized businesses, she is committed to delivering tax and financial services that meet each client’s unique objectives.
Her experience includes conducting and supervising annual audits, reviews, compilations, examinations of the financial processes for a wide range of businesses, and the preparation of complex tax returns. She has worked with corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, individuals, trusts and estates.
She has a proven ability in financial reporting, systems design and streamlining accounting and financial functions, creating efficiencies, and implementing and improving internal controls.
Christie received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bentley University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
About Douglas Rodrigues
Douglas spent several years at J.G. Hodgson & Co. in New Bedford, Massachusetts and more recently with O'Connor & Drew in Quincy, Massachusetts as their Director of Management Advisory Services and Ernst & Young in Providence, Rhode Island in their small business practice group.
Douglas has extensive experience in auditing and accounting, tax and consulting in various areas and industries, especially privately-owned businesses and non-profit organizations.
Douglas was a recipient of the Massachusetts Accountant Advocate of the Year award presented by the Small Business Administration.
Douglas is an active member of many civic and professional organizations. Memberships include the Fall River Chamber of Commerce, the Fall River Rotary Club, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, (Tax, Consulting and Personal Financial Planning Divisions) Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, Tiverton Lions Club, and a variety of non-profit organizations in the Southeastern Massachusetts area.

We take a practical approach to providing CPA firm services. We work with our client firms to ensure that they receive the maximum benefit from the peer review process.
Firms enrolled in the AICPA Peer Review Program are required to have a peer review, once every three years, of their accounting and auditing practice. The peer review is conducted by an independent evaluator, known as a peer reviewer.
The AICPA oversees the program, and the review is administered by an entity approved by the AICPA to perform that role.
Douglas Rodrigues has been involved with the peer review process since its inception in the 1980’s. Doug currently serves on the Peer Review Acceptance Board for the Massachusetts Society of CPA's. which reviews for acceptance all reports submitted by peer reviewers for consistency and conformity with the Standards for Performing and Reporting on Peer Reviews. Through his extensive involvement with the peer review process, he brings added value to the peer reviews of other Certified Public Accountant firms.
